Really Simple Popovers

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 T butter, melted

Directions

  • In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Add in melted butter and blend once more until smooth.
  • Preheat your oven to 450° F and place your empty muffin or popover tin inside to heat up. Once heated, remove from the oven, spray with some oil and add in your popover mixture.
  • Bake at 450° F for 15-20 minutes, reduce the heat to 350° F (without opening the oven door) and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove, allow to cool.
