Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 can (15 ounces) chick peas

  • Paprika

  • Water

Directions

  • In food processor, blend tahini and lemon juice
  • Add garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt. Continue to blend.
  • Add half a can of chick peas. Blend.
  • Add other half of chick peas and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend until smooth. (Add more water as needed to make smooth)
  • Chill. Sprinkle with paprika when serving.
