Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 T mayonaise

  • 1 T mustard, prepared

  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 t dry mustard

  • 1 t seafood seasoning

  • 1/2 t lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

  • 4 T melted butter

  • 2 T Vegetable oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except crab and cracker crumbs.
  • Add crab to mixture.
  • Gently fold in cracker crumbs.
  • Form into desired size crab cakes by hand.
  • Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Drizzle with Hollandaise Sauce if desired.
