Ingredients
  1. 3lbs. cubed pork shoulder or butt
  2. Small amount of vegetable oil for browning meat
  3. 1 large onion coarse chopped
  4. 3 cloves of garlic minced
  5. ½ tablespoon cumin
  6. 1 quart chicken broth
  7. 4 poblano chile peppers seeded and chopped
  8. 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers (depending how hot you like it) seeded and chopped
  9. 1 yellow bell pepper seeded and chopped
  10. 4 cups Herdez salsa verde
  11. ½ bunch of cilantro chopped fine
Instructions
  1. Brown meat in oil w/ pepper and garlic powder
  2. Move to stock pot
  3. Add onions and garlic to browning pan and cook until tender
  4. Now add all ingredients to stock pot and simmer for 3 to 4 hours
  5. Salt & pepper to taste
  6. Serve with warm flour tortillas
