Ingredients
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
3 cans (28 ozs) diced tomatoes
4 cans (14.5 ozs) beef broth
2 lbs zucchini, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 cups sliced celery
2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsps Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cups cooked pasta
Directions
- In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown & crumble the sausage; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
- Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat and simmer for 1 ½ hours.
- Add pasta and heat through.
