Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 ounces) chick peas
Paprika
Water
Directions
- In food processor, blend tahini and lemon juice
- Add garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt. Continue to blend.
- Add half a can of chick peas. Blend.
- Add other half of chick peas and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend until smooth. (Add more water as needed to make smooth)
- Chill. Sprinkle with paprika when serving.
