Maryland Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1 T mayonaise
1 T mustard, prepared
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t dry mustard
1 t seafood seasoning
1/2 t lemon juice
3/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
4 T melted butter
2 T Vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except crab and cracker crumbs.
- Add crab to mixture.
- Gently fold in cracker crumbs.
- Form into desired size crab cakes by hand.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with Hollandaise Sauce if desired.
