Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/2 t salt
1/8 t cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (grated)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until foamy.
- Add sugar a little at a time, until it stands in peaks,
- Gently fold in chocolate.
- Drop 1 teaspoon mixture on well greased cookie sheet. Continue.
- Bake 25 minutes.
