Cauliflower Pizza Crust (Keto)

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 egg

Directions

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees.
  • Cut cauliflower into florets. Put in food processor and puree until the consistency of rice.
  • Put mixture in skillet and saute on low heat until all moisture is gone. Cool.
  • In large bowl add 2 cups cauliflower mixture, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well.
  • Put “pizza dough” on a round pizza tray covered with parchment paper. Flatted to cover entire tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, then remove parchment paper.
  • Add your favorite ingredients and bake again for 15 minutes.
