Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
Directions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees.
- Cut cauliflower into florets. Put in food processor and puree until the consistency of rice.
- Put mixture in skillet and saute on low heat until all moisture is gone. Cool.
- In large bowl add 2 cups cauliflower mixture, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well.
- Put “pizza dough” on a round pizza tray covered with parchment paper. Flatted to cover entire tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, then remove parchment paper.
- Add your favorite ingredients and bake again for 15 minutes.
