Spinach Artichoke Dip


Spinach Artichoke Dip
  1. 8 oz. cream cheese
  2. 1/4 c heavy cream
  3. 1/2 c mayonnaise
  4. 1/4 t garlic powder
  5. 1/2 t onion salt
  6. 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1/2 c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  8. 6 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
  9. 6 artichoke hearts, chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat cream cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion salt in saucepan over low heat.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook over low heat until spinach is wilted (5 min)
  5. Serve hot.
  7. Use a round, sourdough loaf to make a bowl.
  8. Hollow out inside (save inside for dipping)
  9. Pour dip mixture on hollowed out bread.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve with additional cubed sourdough bread or tortilla chips.
