Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. lump crab meat
  2. 1 egg, beaten
  3. 1 T mayonaise
  4. 1 T mustard, prepared
  5. 1 t Worcestershire
  6. 1 t mustard, dry
  7. 1 t seafood seasoning
  8. 1/2 t lemon juice
  9. 3/4 c bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except crab and bread crumbs.
  2. Add crab to mixture.
  3. Gently fold in bread crumbs.
  4. Form into desired size crab cakes by hand. Pat dry.
  5. Saute in pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
