Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/4 c heavy cream

  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

  • 1/4 t garlic powder

  • 1/2 t onion salt

  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 c grated fresh Parmesan cheese

  • 6 oz. fresh spinach, chopped

  • 6 artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 1 sourdough bread loaf

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Heat cream cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion salt in saucepan over low heat.
  • Fold in mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  • Cook over low heat until spinach is wilted (5 min)
  • Hollow out bread loaf (save inside bread for dipping)
  • Pour dip mixture in hollowed out bread.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with additional cubed sourdough bread or tortilla chips.
