Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c heavy cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion salt
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
6 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
6 artichoke hearts, chopped
1 sourdough bread loaf
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat cream cheese, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion salt in saucepan over low heat.
- Fold in mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
- Cook over low heat until spinach is wilted (5 min)
- Hollow out bread loaf (save inside bread for dipping)
- Pour dip mixture in hollowed out bread.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with additional cubed sourdough bread or tortilla chips.
