Roasted Corn with Basil-Parmesan Butter

Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick), softened
1/4 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
2 T basil, finely chopped
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 t granulated garlic
4 ears corn, husked
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except corn.
- Brush 1 T of butter all over each ear of corn corn. Grill over direct medium heatuntil browned in spots and tender, 10 – 15 minutes.
- Serve warm with remaining butter spead on the corn.
