Roasted Corn with Basil-Parmesan Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick), softened

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

  • 2 T basil, finely chopped

  • 1/2 t kosher salt

  • 1/4 t black pepper

  • 1/4 t granulated garlic

  • 4 ears corn, husked

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except corn.
  • Brush 1 T of butter all over each ear of corn corn. Grill over direct medium heatuntil browned in spots and tender, 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm with remaining butter spead on the corn.
