Print Guacamole Recipe by riehlfood.com 5.0 from 1 vote Difficulty: Easy Servings6servingsPrep time15minutes Cook Mode Keep the screen of your device on Ingredients 3 large ripe avocados1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped tomato1 T. lime juice1 t salt (add more or less depending on your taste) 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped1 T chopped cilantro Directions Purchase avocados at the store or borrow from your neighbor’s tree.Slice avocados in half, remove pits, using a large spoon, scrape avocado out of skin.Put avocado halves in mixing bowl.
