Ingredients
  1. 2 c beef broth
  2. 1 t dried cilantro
  3. 1 t cumin
  4. 2 t finely ground Himalayan Salt
  5. ½ t oregano
  6. ½ t black pepper
  7. ¼ c olive oil
  8. ¾ lb Anaheim chilies, remove seeds and finely dice
  9. 2 jalapenos, remove seeds and dice
  10. 1 medium onion, diced
  11. 6 cloves garlic, minced
  12. 1½ lbs diced Pork tenderloin
Instructions
  1. Add the broth, olive oil and spiced to the slow cooker and mix.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and set you slow cooker on high and cook for 6 hours.
