Ingredients
6 mini sweet peppers
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar/jack mix cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice peppers in half and remove seeds. Put in 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl mix together cream cheese and hot sauce.
- Add chicken and mix together.
- Fill each pepper with chicken mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
