Ingredients

  • 6 mini sweet peppers

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 2 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar/jack mix cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice peppers in half and remove seeds. Put in 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl mix together cream cheese and hot sauce.
  • Add chicken and mix together.
  • Fill each pepper with chicken mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
