Honey Dipped Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 3-4 lbs chicken pieces, skinned
  2. 6 tablespoons honey
  3. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  4. 1 1/2 cups dry cornbread stuffing, ground
  5. 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together honey and melted butter and dip chicken into it.
  3. Mix ground cornbread stuffing seasoned salt together.
  4. Coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Roll dipped chicken in the crumb mixture and place in baking dish.
  6. Drizzle with remaining butter/honey mixture and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
