Broccoli Potato Cheese Soup
  1. 3/4 cup chopped onion
  2. 5 peeled and chopped raw potatoes
  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  4. 16 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  5. Approx. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Add potatoes, soup and 2 cans water.
  3. Cook until potatoes are done.
  4. Add broccoli and milk.
  5. When broccoli is done, add chunks of cheese.
  6. When cheese is melted, its done.
