Baked Baby Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch fresh baby asparagus, trimmed
  2. Cooking spray
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 2 T parmesan cheese
  5. 2 T butter
  6. 1 T soy sauce
  7. 1 t balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake asparagus 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until tender.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Pour over the baked asparagus or use as dipping sauce.
